JAPANESE INSPIRATION

I made this card for the Inspiration challenge IC222 . The picture below is my inspiration.
This was a fun card. I adhered the two coloured papers together and made the fan.

I made this flower using five pieces of a leaf punch. Very easy. If you have this punch you must definitely try it out.

GOODBYE WINTER

I made this card for Color Combination challenge 260 in Splitcoaststampers and the Paper garden challenge.

Stamped the snowflake on the main cs as well as the panels and adhered the panel over it. Used black strip and punched snowflake to complete the card.

CLEAN N SIMPLE SKETCH CHALLENGE

I made this card for CAS52 and CAS51. The three squares(3.5x3.5) were cut out, stamped with this floral design,distressed and sponged with violet ink. The DP panel is 15x3.A close up.

MERRY MUSHROOMS

I made this card for this week's Inspiration challenge on Splitcoaststampers.

I drew and cut out the mushroom in two separate papers ie. dark pink and brown. Painted the white spots on the mushroom and the grass. Used faux stiching on the mushroom as well as the grass. The picture below was my inspiration.

Asian Theme Card

I made this card for 4 challenges:

1. CAS7- Use punches
2. WT219- Stamp it again (stamped the same image twice)
3. CAS15- Used black and white and only orange(from the list)
4. LSC221- Circle of life. Used 2 circles in the card.

I used the REVERSE MASKING TECHNIQUE for the orange circles.Cut out strips of black paper and tore it on one side. Adhered it and added orange punched flower with black beads.

GOLDEN LEAVES INSPIRATION CHALLENGE

I drew the leaves and used a 3d outliner. Added golden flowers and a few dots. Sponged red ink around the image. The picture below is my inspiration.

ENJOY THE BEACH LSC220 CHALLENGE

This is my card for LSC220 Life's a beach (SPLITCOASTSTAMPERS)

I sponged the sky and the land. Drew the coconut tree and painted it for the opaque look.

The sentiment is handwritten. I bordered it with the scrap(the scrap after the pencil is sharpened) of the rotating handle pencil sharpener. I love the look of it and just cant throw it away.

Flower Just for you.. A sketch challenge

Here is the sketch for the CS228 challenge in Splitcoaststampers.


This is the card I made. I made 16 flowers the other day and was wanting to use it somewhere. So here it is.

I cut out circles with the zigzag scissors,then drew the lines on the circle for the petals, held 8 circles at a time and cut them making sure not to reach the middle of the circle. Curved the edges of the petals, sponged with pink ink and added the pink punched flower.

I know its a little late but I wanted to make it.

SCS Challenge CS222

Here is the card I made for the SCS Challenge CS222. here is the link to it:

I used a brown cs and a handmade paper (glittery one) for the layers behind. For the front layer I glued a patterned paper to the yellow cardstock and added White Punched flowers. Stuck blue beads to the centre of the flower and a few other places on the patterned paper.
